These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DrillFit mobile application. By downloading or using DrillFit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Not medical advice. DrillFit provides fitness tracking, training suggestions, and motivational content for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, and stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the app and follow any suggestions, including AI Coach workouts and nutrition targets, at your own risk.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DrillFit. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app: no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no uploading unlawful or abusive content to the community feed, and no using the app to harass other users. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
AI Coach
The AI Coach generates workout and nutrition suggestions based on the information you provide. These suggestions are automated, may contain errors, and are not personalized medical or professional advice. Review any suggestion with your own judgment, and consult a professional before acting on it. The drill-sergeant persona is a motivational style choice and is not intended to demean any individual.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you post to the community feed. By posting, you grant DrillFit a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.
Subscriptions & purchases
DrillFit may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Pricing and terms are shown at the point of purchase and billed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
DrillFit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any fitness result will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrillFit and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, arising from your use of the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
